I am a first-generation Mexican American author, registered nurse, and mother. My storytelling is inspired by my daughters, Vida and Maya. My writing celebrates family, love, and the everyday rituals that connect us across generations. Ya Nos Vamos a Dormir is my debut bilingual picture book, and is available for purchase here.

I am a Southern California, and I love it here! There is always something new to discover. I love exploring all the great food, drinks, cultures, experiences, and life that California has to offer. But, there’s also nothing like down dung time at home with family and a good cup of coffee. This space is for food lovers, runners, infertility warriors, readers, and lovers of life.
