Paola Celeste

I am a first-generation Mexican American author, registered nurse, and mother my storytelling is inspired by my daughters, Vida and Maya. My writing celebrates family, love, and the everyday rituals that connect us across generations. Ya Nos Vamos a Dormir is my debut bilingual picture book.

I was born and raised in Southern California, and I love it here! There is always something new to discover. I love exploring all the great food, drinks, cultures, experiences, and life that California has to offer. But, I also love spending time at home. Give me a good cup of coffee and surround me with my family and friends, and I'll be one happy girl. This space is for food lovers, runners, infertility warriors, and lovers of life.
